oṃ namaḥ siddhebhyaḥ sanātanajainagraṃthamālā ācāryapravaraśrīvidyānaṃdisvāmiviracitā āptaparīkṣā prabuddhāśeṣatattvārthabodhadīdhitimāline namaḥ śrījinacaṃdrāya mohadhvāṃtaprabhedine śreyomārgasya saṃsiddhiḥ prasādāt parameṣṭhinaḥ ity āhus tadguṇastotraṃ śāstrādau munipuṃgavāḥ ity asādhāraṇaṃ proktaṃ viśeṣaṇam aśeṣataḥ parasaṃkalpitāptānāṃ vyavacchedaprasiddhaye anyayogavyavacchedān niścite hi mahātmani tasyopadeśasāmarthyād anuṣṭhānaṃ pratiṣṭhitaṃ tatrāsiddhaṃ munīṃdrasya bhettṛtvaṃ karmabhūbhṛtāṃ ye vadaṃti viparyāsāt tān pratyevaṃ pracakṣmahe prasiddhaḥ sarvatattvajñas teṣāṃ tāvat pramāṇataḥ sadāvidhvastaniḥśeṣabādhakāt svasukhādivat jñātā yo viśvatattvānāṃ sa bhettāṃ karmabhūbhṛtāṃ bhavaty evānyathā tasya viśvatattvajñatā kutaḥ iti nāspṛṣṭaḥ karmabhiḥ śaśvadviśvadṛśvāsti kaścana tasyānupāyasiddhasya sarvathā'nupapattitaḥ praṇītir mokṣamārgasya na vinā'nādisiddhataḥ sarvajñād iti tatsirddhir na parīkṣā sahā sa hi praṇetā mokṣamārgasya nāśarīro 'nyamuktavat saśarīras tu nā'karmā saṃbhavaty ajñajaṃtuvat na cecchā śaktir īśasya karmābhāve 'pi yujyate tadicchā vā'nabhivyaktā kriyāhetuḥ kuto 'jñavat jñānaśaktyaiva niḥśeṣakāryotpattau prabhuḥ kila sadeśvara iti khyāne'numānam anidarśanaṃ samīhām aṃtareṇāpi yathāvakti jineśvaraḥ tatheśvaro 'pi kāryāṇi kuryād ity apy apeśalaṃ sati dharmaviśeṣe hi tīrthakṛttvasamāhvaye brūyāj jineśvaro mārgaṃ na jñānād eva kevalāt siddhasyāpāstaniḥśeṣakarmaṇe vāgasaṃbhavāt vinā tīrthakarattvena nāmnā nārthopadeśanā tathā dharmaviśeṣo 'sya yogaś ca yadi śāśvataḥ tadeśvarasya deho 'stu yogyaṃtaravad uttamaḥ nigrahānugrahau dehaṃ svaṃ nirmāyānyadehināṃ karotīśvara ity etan naparīkṣākṣamaṃ vacaḥ dehāṃtarād vinā tāvat svadehaṃ janayed yadi tadā prakṛtakārye 'pi dehādhānam anarthakaṃ dehāṃtarāt svadehasya vidhāne cānavasthitiḥ tathā ca prakṛtaṃ kāryaṃ kuryād īśo na jātucit svayaṃ dehāvidhāne tu tenaiva vyabhicāritā kāryatvādeḥ prayuktasya hetor īśvarasādhane yathā'nīśaḥ svadehasya kartā dehāṃtarān mataḥ pūrvasmād ity anāditvān nānavasthā prasajyate tatheśasyāpi pūrvasmād dehād dehāṃtarodbhavāt nānavastheti yo brūyāt tasyā'nīśatvam īśituḥ anīśaḥ karmadehenā'nādisaṃtānavartitā yathaiva hi sakarmānas tadvan na katham īśvaraḥ tato neśasya deho 'sti proktadoṣānuṣaṃgataḥ nāpi dharmaviśeṣo 'sya dehābhāve virodhataḥ yenecchām aṃtareṇāpi tasya kārye pravartanaṃ jineṃdravad ghaṭeteti nodāharaṇasaṃbhavaḥ jñānam īśasya nityaṃ ced aśarīrasya na kramaḥ kāryāṇām akramād dhetoḥ kāryakramavirodhataḥ tadbodhasya pramāṇatve phalābhāvaḥ prasajyate tataḥ phalāvabodhasyānityasyeṣṭau matakṣatiḥ phalatve tasya nityatvaṃ na syān mānāt samudbhavāt tato 'nudbhavane tasya phalatvaṃ pratihanyate anityatve tu tajjñānasyānena vyabhicāritā kāryatvāder maheśenākaraṇe 'sya svabuddhitaḥ budhdyaṃtareṇa tadbuddheḥ karaṇe cānavasthitiḥ nānādisaṃtatir yuktā karmasaṃtānato vinā avyāpi na yadi jñānam īśvarasya tadā kathaṃ sakṛtsarvatra kāryāṇām utpattir ghaṭate tataḥ yady ekatra sthitaṃ deśe jñānaṃ sarvatra kāryakṛt tadā sarvatra kāryāṇāṃ sakṛt kiṃ na samudbhavaḥ kāraṇāṃtaravaikalyāt tathā'nutpattir ity api kāryāṇām īśvarajñānāhetukatvaṃ prasādhayet sarvatra sarvadā tasya vyatirekāprasiddhitaḥ anvayasyāpi saṃdehāt kāryaṃ taddhetukaṃ kathaṃ etenaiveśvarajñānaṃ vyāpinityam apākṛtaṃ tasyeśavat sadā kāryakramahetutvahānitaḥ asvasaṃviditaṃ jñānam īśvarasya yadīṣyate tadā sarvajñatā na syāt svajñānasyāpravedanāt jñānāṃtareṇa tadvittau tasyāpy anyena vedanaṃ vedanena bhaved evam anavasthā mahīyasī gatvā sudūram apy evaṃ svasaṃviditavedane iṣyamāṇe maheśasya prathamaṃ tādṛg astu vaḥ tatsvārthavyavasāyātmajñānaṃ bhinnaṃ maheśvarāt kathaṃ tasyeti nirdeśyam ākāśādivad aṃjasā samavāyena tasyāpi tadbhinnasya kuto matiḥ ihedam iti vijñānād abādhyād vyabhicāri tat iha kuṃḍe dadhīty ādi vijñānenāstavidviṣā sādhye saṃbaṃdhamātre tu pareṣāṃ siddhasādhanaṃ satyām ayutasiddhau cen nedaṃ sādhuviśeṣaṇaṃ śāstrīyāyutasiddhatvavirahāt samavāyinoḥ dravyaṃ svāvayavāghāraṃ guṇo dravyaśrayo yataḥ laukikyayutasiddhis tu bhaved dugdhāṃbhasor api pṛthagāśrayavṛttitvaṃ yutasiddhir na cānayoḥ sāstīśasya vibhutvena paradravyāśriticyuteḥ jñānasyāpīśvarād anyadravyavṛttitvahānitaḥ iti ye 'pi samādadhyus tāṃśca paryanuyuṃjmahe vibhudravyaviśeṣāṇām anyāśrayavivekataḥ yutasiddhiḥ kathaṃ tu syād ekadravyaguṇādiṣu samavāyaḥ prasajyetāyutasiddhau parasparaṃ teṣāṃ taddvitayāsatve syād vyāghāto duruttaraḥ yutapratyayahetutvād ayutīsiddhir itīraṇe vibhudravyaguṇādīnāṃ yutasiddhiḥ samāgatā yato nāyutasiddhiḥ syād ity asiddhaṃ viśeṣaṇaṃ hetor vipakṣatas tāvadvyavacchedaṃ na sādheyat siddhe 'pi samavāyasya samavāyiṣu darśanāt ihedam iti saṃvitteḥ sādhanaṃ vyabhicāri tat samavāyāṃ 'ntarād vṛttau samavāyasya tatvataḥ samavāyiṣu tasyāpi parasmād ity aniṣṭhitiḥ tadbādhā'stīty abādhatvaṃ nāma neha viśeṣaṇaṃ hetoḥ siddham anekāṃto yato 'neneti ye viduḥ teṣām iheti vijñānād viśeṣaṇaviśeṣyatā samavāyasya tadvatsu tata eva na sidhyati viśeṣaṇaviśeṣyatvasaṃbaṃdho 'py anyato yadi svasaṃbaṃdhiṣu varteta tadā bādhā'navasthitiḥ viśeṣaṇaviśeṣyatvapratyāyād avagamyate viśeṣaṇaviśeṣyatvam ity apy etena dūṣitaṃ tasyānaṃtyāt pratṝṇām ākākṣākṣayato 'pi vā na doṣa iti ced evaṃ samavāyādināpi kiṃ guṇādidravyayor bhinnadravyayoś ca parasparaṃ viśeṣaṇaviśeṣyatvasaṃbaṃdho 'stu niraṃkuśaḥ saṃyogaḥ samavāyo vā tadviśeṣo 'stv anekadhā svātaṃtrye samavāyasya sarvathaikye ca doṣataḥ svataṃtrasya kathaṃ tāvad āśritatvaṃ svayaṃ mataṃ tasyāśritatve vacane svātaṃtryaṃ pratihanyate samavāyiṣu satsv eva samavāyasya vedanāt āśritatve digādīnāṃ mūrtadravyāśritir na kiṃ kathaṃ cānāśritaḥ sidhyet saṃbaṃdhaḥ sarvathā kvacit svasaṃbādhiṣu yenātaḥ saṃbhaven niyatasthitiḥ eka eva ca sarvatra samavāyo yadīṣyate tadā mehaśvare jñānaṃ samavaiti na khe kathaṃ iheti pratyayo 'py eṣa śaṃkare na tu khādiṣu iti bhedaḥ kathaṃ sidhyen niyāmakam apaśyataḥ na cācetanatā tatra saṃbhāvyeta niyāmikā śaṃbhāv api tadāsthānāt khādes tadaviśeṣataḥ neśo jñātā na cājñātā svayaṃ jñānasya kevalaṃ samavāyāt sadā jñātā yady ātmaiva sa kiṃ svataḥ nāyam ātmā ca cānātmā svātmatvasamavāyataḥ sadātmaiveti ced evaṃ dravyam eva svato 'sidhat neśo dravyaṃ na cādravyaṃ dravyatvasamavāyataḥ sarvadā dravyam eveti yadi sann eva sa svataḥ na svataḥ sannasan nāpi satvena samavāyataḥ sann eva śaśvad ity uktau vyāghātaḥ kena vāryate svarūpeṇāsataḥ satvasamavāye ca khāṃbuje sa syāt kiṃ na viśeṣasyābhāvāt tasya tato 'ṃjasā svarūpeṇa sataḥ satvasamavāyepi sarvadā sāmānyadau bhavet satvasamavāyo 'viśeṣataḥ svataḥ sato yathā sattvasamavāyas tathāstu saḥ dravyatvātmatvaboddhṛtvasamavāyo 'pi tattvataḥ dravyasyaivātmano boddhuḥ svayaṃ siddhasya sarvadā na hi svato tathābhṛtas tathātvasamavāyabhāk svayaṃ jñatve ca siddhe 'sya maheśasya nirarthakaṃ jñānasya samavāyena jñatvasya parikalpanaṃ tatsvārthavyavasāyātmajñānatādātmyamṛcchataḥ kathaṃ cidīśvarasyā'sti jineśatvam asaṃśayaṃ sa eva mokṣamārgasya praṇetā vyavatiṣṭhate sadehaḥ sarvavinaṣṭamoho dharmaviśeṣabhāk jñānād anyas tu nirdehaḥ sadeho vā na yujyate śivaḥ kartopadeśasya so 'bhettā karmabhūbhṛtāṃ etenaiva prativyūḍhaḥ kapilo 'py upadeśakaḥ jñānād arthāṃtaratvasyā'viśeṣāt sarvathā svataḥ jñānasaṃsargato jñatvam ajñasyāpi na tattvataḥ vyomavac cetanasyāpi nopapadyeta muktavat pradhānaṃ jñatvato mokṣamārgasyā'stūpadeśakaṃ tasyaiva viśvaveditvādbhetṛtvāt karmabhūbhṛtāṃ ity asaṃbhāvyam evāsyā'cetanatvāt paṭādivat tadasaṃbhavato nūnam anyathā niṣphalaḥ pumān bhoktā''tmā cet sa evāstu kartā tadavirodhataḥ virodhe tu tayor bhoktuḥ syād bhujau kartṛtā kathaṃ pradhānaṃ mokṣamārgasya praṇetṛ stūyate pumān mumukṣubhir iti brūyāt ko 'nyo 'kiṃcitkarātmanaḥ sugato 'pi na nirvāṇamārgasya pratipādakaḥ viśvatattvajñatāpāyāt tattvataḥ kapilādivat saṃvṛttyā viśvatattvajñaḥ śreyomārgopadeśy api buddho vandyo na tu svapnas tādṛg ity ajñaceṣṭitaṃ yat tu saṃvedanādvaitaṃ puruṣādvaitavan na tat siddhyet svato 'nyato vāpi pramāṇāt sveṣṭahānitaḥ so 'rhann eva munīṃdrāṇāṃ vaṃdyaḥ samavatiṣṭhate tatsadbhāve pramāṇasya nirbādhyasya viniścayāt tato 'ṃtaritatattvāni pratyakṣāṇy arhato 'ṃjasā prameyatvād yathāsmādṛk pratyakṣārthāḥ suniścitāḥ hetor na vyabhicāro 'tra dūrārthair maṃdarādibhiḥ sūkṣmair vā paramāṇvādyais teṣāṃ pakṣīkṛtatvataḥ tattvānyaṃtaritānīha deśakālasvabhāvataḥ dharmādīni hi sādhyaṃte pratyakṣāṇi jineśinaḥ na cāsmādṛksamakṣāṇām evam arhatsamakṣatā na sidhyed iti maṃtavyam avivādād dvayor api na cāsiddhaṃ prameyatvaṃ kārtsnyato bhāgato 'pivā sarvathāpy aprameyasya padārthasyāvyavasthiteḥ yadi ṣaṅbhiḥ pramāṇaḥ syāt sarvajñaḥ kena vāryate iti bruvann aśeṣārthaprameyatvam ihecchati codanātaś ca niḥśeṣapadārthajñānasaṃbhave siddham aṃtaritārthānāṃ prameyatvaṃ samakṣavat yan nārhataḥ samakṣaṃ tan naprameyaṃ bahirgataḥ mithyaikāṃto yathety evaṃ vyatireko 'pi niścitaḥ suniścitānvayād dhetoḥ prasiddhavyatirekataḥ jñātārhan viśvatattvānām evaṃ sidhyed abādhitaḥ pratyakṣam aparicchiṃdatttrikālaṃ bhuvanatrayaṃ rahitaṃ viśvatvajñair na hi tadbādhakaṃ bhavet nānumānopamānārthāpattyāgamabalād api viśvajñābhāvasaṃsiddhis teṣāṃ sadviṣayatvataḥ nārhan niḥśeṣatatvajño vaktṛtvapuruṣatvataḥ brahmādivad iti proktam anumānaṃ na bādhakaṃ hetor asya vipakṣeṇa virodhābhāvaniścayāt vaktṛtvādeḥ prakarṣe 'pi jñānānirhrāsasiddhitaḥ nopamānam aśeṣāṇāṃ nṛṇām anupalaṃbhataḥ upamānopameyānāṃ tadbādhakam asaṃbhavāt nārthāpattir asarvajñaṃ jagat sādhayituṃ kṣamā kṣīṇatvād anyathābhāvābhāvāt tat tad abādhikā nāgamo 'pauruṣeyo 'sti sarvajñābhāvasādhanaḥ tasya kārye pramāṇatvād anyathā'niṣṭasiddhitaḥ pauruṣeyo 'py asarvajñapraṇīto nāsya bādhakaḥ tatra tasyāpramāṇatvād dharmādāv iva tattvataḥ abhāvo 'pi pramāṇaṃ te niṣedhyādhāravedane niṣedhyasmaraṇe ca syān nāstitā jñānam aṃjasā nacāśeṣajagajjñānaṃ kutaścid upapadyate nāpi sarvajñasaṃvittiḥ pūrvaṃ tatsmaraṇaṃ kutaḥ yenāśeṣajagat yasya sarvajñasya niṣedhanaṃ paropagamatas tasya niṣedhe sveṣṭabādhanaṃ mithyaikāṃtaniṣedhas tu yukto 'nekāṃtasiddhitaḥ nāsarvajñajagatsiddheḥ sarvajñapratiṣedhanaṃ evaṃ siddhaḥ sunirṇetāsaṃbhavadbādhakatvataḥ sukhavadviśvatattvajñaḥ so 'rhann eva bhavān iha sa karmabhūbhṛtāṃ bhettā tadvipakṣaprakarṣataḥ yathā śītasya bhetteha kaścid uṣṇaprakarṣataḥ teṣām āgāmināṃ tāvad vipakṣaḥ saṃvaromataḥ tapasā saṃcitānāṃ tu nirjarā karmabhūbhṛtāṃ tatprakarṣaḥ punaḥ siddhaḥ paramaḥ paramātmani tāratamyaviśeṣasya siddher uṣṇaprakarṣavat karmāṇi dvividhānyatra dravyabhāvavikalpataḥ dravyakarmāṇi jīvasya pudgalātmānyanekadhā bhāvakarmāṇi caitanyavivarttātmāni bhāṃti nuḥ krodhādīni svavedyāni kathaṃcic cidabhedataḥ tatskaṃdharāśayaḥ proktā bhūbhṛto 'tra samādhitaḥ jīvād viśleṣaṇaṃ bhedaḥ saṃtānātyaṃtasaṃkṣayaḥ svātmalābhas tato mokṣaḥ kṛtsnakarmakṣayātmataḥ nirjjarāsaṃvarābhyāṃ tu sarvasadvādinām iha nāstikānāṃ na naivāsti pramāṇaṃ tannirākṛtau pralāpamātrakaṃ teṣāṃ nāvadheyaṃ mahātmanāṃ mārgo mokṣasya vai samyagdarśanāditrayātmakaḥ viśeṣeṇa prapattavyo nānyathā tadvirodhataḥ praṇetā mokṣamārgasyābādhyamānasya sarvathā sākṣād ya eva sa jñeyo viśvatattvajñatāśrayaḥ vītaniḥśeṣadoṣo 'taḥ pravaṃdyo 'rhan guṇāṃbudhiḥ tadguṇaprāptaye sadbhir iti saṃkṣepato 'nvayaḥ mohākrāṃtān na bhavati guror mokṣamārga praṇīti narte tasyāḥ sakalakaluṣadhvaṃsajā svātmalabdhiḥ tasyai vaṃdyaḥ paragurur iha kṣīṇa mohas tvam arhan sākṣāt kurvann amalakam ivāśeṣatattvāni nātha nyakṣeṇāptaparīkṣāpratipakṣaṃ kṣapayituṃ kṣamā sākṣāt prekṣāvatām abhīkṣṇaṃ vimokṣalakṣmīkṣaṇāyaṃ saṃlakṣyā śrīmattatvārthaśāstrādbhutasalilanidheriddharatnodbhavasya protthānāraṃbhakāle sakalamalabhide śāstrakāraiḥ kṛtaṃyat stotraṃ tīrthopamānaṃ prathitapṛthupathaṃsvāmimīmāṃsitaṃ tat vidyānaṃdaiḥ svaśaktyā katham api kathitaṃsatyavākyārthasiddhyai iti tattvārthaśāstrādau munīṃdrastotragocarā praṇītāptaparīkṣeyaṃ kuvivādanivṛttaye ity
